2024

Other than exploring Shanghai, there wasn't much travel at the beginning of 2024. Halie was pregnant so we couldn't fly then our son was born at the end of February, so not much travel at that stage. But don't worry, we had plans.

Our first big trip was in July. We flew all the way to Amsterdam so Halie could see Taylor Swift in concert. But since we've been to the city numerous times, we decided to stay in a small coastal town named Egmond aan Zee, meeting up with some friends from Germany. We did spend some time in Haarlem and Amsterdam as well. 

That September, we flew over to Seoul, South Korea. Even though we had a great time, it was Korean Thanksgiving and most of the shops and restaurants were closed!

Later that month, we met my family in Hawaii for another family vacation. Our hotel was in Waikiki Beach, Honolulu, and we had the chance to see much of O'ahu island. Also, Pearl Harbor, naps in strollers and on beaches, and a luau. 

We had no more major trips until our flight back to the US for Christmas with the families.
