2026 (so far)

At the beginning of 2026, we decided we wanted to really know what cold weather was. So we about killed ourselves heading to Harbin, near the Russian border, with a not-yet two-year-old. Genius idea.

In February, we decided we needed more rain (apparently), so met my parents in the UK. We spent most of the week in Oxford but explored the Cotswolds, Shakespeare's hometown of Stratford-upon-Avon, and London. 

The spring brought us to nearby Moganshan mountains with some friends from Shanghai. Easy speed train there and back.

We're still in this year but don't worry, we have a few more trips planned throughout the year.
